April 2026 Update: A Month of Milestones at Hope Harbor

April 2026 marked a truly historic month at Hope Harbor as we celebrated two incredible milestones that reflect the heart of our mission and the future of our campus.

Welcoming Our First Foster Children Home

This month, we experienced a moment we have been praying and preparing for a moment that made every step of this journey worthwhile.

Our first foster children arrived on campus.

They were welcomed with joyful, open arms into warm, comfortable homes where loving foster families are ready to provide stability, support, and care. Seeing children begin this new chapter surrounded by a caring community was a powerful reminder of why Hope Harbor exists.

Our campus was created to be a place where children can experience safety, belonging, and hope, and this month that vision became a reality in a very tangible way.

While there is still much work ahead, we are grateful to see lives already being impacted through the mission of Hope Harbor.

Tucker Cottage Rebuild Moves Forward

Another exciting development this month is that we officially signed our construction contract to begin rebuilding Tucker Cottage.

This project represents an important investment in the future of Hope Harbor and our ability to serve more children and foster families in the years ahead.

The rebuilding of Tucker Cottage is a significant step toward expanding the resources, housing, and support systems available on our campus. We are excited to begin this next phase and look forward to sharing construction updates as progress continues.
