Foster Care Opportunities & Careers

Share the Journey. Serve with Purpose.

There are many ways to answer God’s call to care for children and families. For some, it means opening their home as a foster family. For others, it means using their professional gifts to strengthen the ministry around them.

At Hope Harbor, these callings come together. We are a Christ-centered community where foster families, staff, donors, volunteers, and churches share in the work of providing shelter, safety, and support.

If you feel called to foster or are looking for meaningful work in ministry, we invite you to explore your place at Hope Harbor.

More Than a Place to Live or Work

Caring for children takes relationships, consistency, practical help, and people who keep showing up.

Our faith shapes how we welcome families, care for children, build partnerships, and carry out everyday responsibilities. From organizing a community event to helping a child feel included after school, each act of service contributes to the same mission.

We seek people who bring compassion, dependability, and a willingness to serve alongside others.

Become a Foster Family at Hope Harbor

Open Your Home. Join a Community.

Fostering is a meaningful commitment, and it is a journey families should not have to navigate alone.

At Hope Harbor, foster families live in private homes on campus within a supportive, faith-filled community. Shared resources, practical help, and relationships with others who understand the journey help families focus on caring for the children entrusted to them.

If you are considering fostering or are already a foster parent interested in campus life, we would love to connect with you.
