At Hope Harbor, fostering is more than opening your home — it’s joining a community committed to restoring hope for children and families.

We believe children thrive in families, and families thrive in community. That’s why our foster care model is built on partnership, support, and shared mission.

Hope Harbor works in partnership with Lilyfield, a licensed Child Placing Agency (CPA).

​

Lilyfield guides families through the state certification process and provides professional case management and support once children are placed in the home. Their experienced team walks alongside foster families every step of the way.

​

While Lilyfield provides licensing and casework oversight, Hope Harbor provides the environment, community, and wraparound support that allows foster families to flourish.

​

Foster families living on Hope Harbor’s campus receive both amenities and practical support. Our goal is simple: to remove as many barriers as possible so families can focus on what matters most — loving and nurturing the children placed in their care.
