Hope Harbor Family Ministries, the offsite services of Hope Harbor Children’s Home, was launched in January 2011 in order to provide quality, affordable outpatient Christian counseling and training to children, teens, parents, couples, and families of Northeast Oklahoma and beyond.

James Baumgardner, Offsite Counselor, is a Masters-level Licensed Professional Counselor candidate, specializing in short-term, solution-focused therapy. His main office is located in Claremore (Blue Starr Church of Christ) with other locations in Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow Church of Christ) and Tulsa (29th & Yale Church of Christ). Mr. Baumgardner is also a Certified Family Life Educator and delivers training to parents and other caregivers of children at various onsite locations and by online methods throughout the year.

Bill Hamrick, Prison Ministry Coordinator, provides training to incarcerated parents in the Tulsa area, reaching out to male and female inmates who realize a need to change their own lives in order to provide a better path for their children.
