Hope Harbor is licensed to do adoptive placements. However, other Christian child care agencies have focused their energies on fulfilling this need. Hope Harbor collaborates with these other agencies to find permanent homes for children who are eligible and appropriate for adoption. Occasionally, Hope Harbor does courtesy home studies for families who wish to adopt through another agency.
